Stokes Urban Strategies evaluated the economic and fiscal impact of the development in East Downtown Minneapolis that occurred since the announcement of a new home for the Minnesota Vikings, U.S. Bank Stadium, as well as associated open space and infrastructure, in 2012. As part of a team led by Hunden Partners, Stokes US quantified the jobs, compensation, and economic output, as well as taxes paid to the City and State, associated with over 20 development projects adjacent to the stadium.
